ALPE DI SIUSI | SOPRABOLZANO | ALTA BADIA, DOLOMITES

Across the meadows of Alpe di Siusi, the green plateaus of Alta Badia and the woods of Soprabolzano, we walked through storybook landscapes: wooden houses, imposing Dolomite peaks and paths scented with hay. Buckwheat cake, canederli and a sunny radler became part of a slow journey made of footsteps, silence, authentic beauty and mountain flavours.

THE WAY OF ST FRANCIS, ASSISI | SPOLETO

The Way of St Francis from Assisi to Spoleto is a short but intense journey: roughly 75 kilometres and 2,000 metres of climbing through hills, woods and villages steeped in history and spirituality. Ancient olive groves, quiet paths and places such as Trevi, Poreta and Campello sul Clitunno accompany encounters and genuine Umbrian flavours, before the majestic arrival in Spoleto.

MAGNA VIA FRANCIGENA, SICILY

The Magna Via Francigena is an ancient and surprising route through the green heart of Sicily, from Palermo to Agrigento.

Its 180 kilometres and roughly 5,000 metres of climbing cross hills, silent villages and landscapes suspended in time. Genuine hospitality and extraordinary local food reveal a wild, sincere and unforgettable side of Sicily.

VIA DEGLI DEI, BOLOGNA | FLORENCE

The Via degli Dei links Bologna and Florence across the Apennines, through dense woods, panoramic ridges and ancient Roman roads. Over 120 kilometres and roughly 4,000 metres of climbing, each day brings an encounter, a smile or an unexpected gesture. Tortellini, Tuscan schiacciata and many other flavours accompany the walk until the emotional first view of Florence and its dome.

CAMMINO DEL SALENTO, APULIA

The Cammino del Salento leads from Otranto to Santa Maria di Leuca along 120 kilometres of wild coastline, quiet villages and sunlit paths. Ancient olive trees, dry-stone walls, hidden coves and the scent of rosemary frame a journey rich in authentic flavours, ending at the “end of the land”, where the Adriatic and Ionian seas meet.
